2. Template Licensing and Usage

Templates provided by Quassum Design are subject to our License. By downloading or purchasing a template, you agree to adhere to this license. The license document details how you can and cannot use our products.

3. Third-Party Integrations and Services

Templates may include pre-configured third-party software (e.g., analytics or integrations). You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting these integrations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and third-party service policies.

4. Accounts and Access

To access additional features (such as GitHub repositories or our Discord community), you may optionally connect your GitHub or Discord accounts via Polar.sh. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Accounts must not be shared or transferred.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access if you violate these Terms or misuse our Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content provided by Quassum Design (including templates, graphics, logos, text, and code) is the intellectual property of Quassum MB. Purchasing or downloading a template grants you usage rights as detailed in our License, but does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

We provide reasonable email-based support for our templates. Response times and solutions cannot be guaranteed, but we’ll strive to assist you promptly.

7. Refund Policy

8. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

Quassum MB shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from your use or inability to use our templates or Service, except where restricted by applicable law.
