This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased or downloaded from Quassum Design, operated by Quassum MB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a purchase or download from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (website templates and associated assets), we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase or download is completed. All sales are considered final.

Exceptions and Eligibility for Refunds

We recognize there may be certain circumstances where a refund is warranted, such as:

• Product Not Delivered:
  If you encounter issues receiving your purchased template and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time (usually within 72 hours), you may be eligible for a refund.

• Significant Defects:
  If a template has significant defects or technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, a refund request may be considered.

Conditions for Refund Requests

To be eligible for consideration, refund requests must:

• Be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Clearly specify the reasons and evidence supporting your refund request.
• Include proof of purchase (such as order confirmation).

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution and Polar.sh processing.

Examples of non-eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued in situations including, but not limited to:

• You changed your mind after the purchase.
• You misunderstood the template’s features or functionality.
• You lack sufficient technical knowledge or skills to use the template.
• You made an accidental purchase or selected the wrong product.

We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions, live demos, and compatibility information carefully before purchase.
