License Agreement

This License Agreement (“License”) defines how you (“Licensee”, “you”, “user”) may use templates (“Templates”) purchased or downloaded from Quassum Design, operated by Quassum MB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or downloading Templates, you agree to adhere to this License.

1. License Types

We offer three license options for our Templates:

a. Personal License (Single Template)

The Personal Single License applies when purchasing individual Templates separately. It includes:

• Single User:
  Usage of the purchased Template is limited to one individual only. The Template cannot be shared with or transferred to other persons, including coworkers, employees, or contractors.

• Single Template Access:
  Grants usage rights exclusively to the specific Template purchased.

• Unlimited End Products:
  You may use this Template in unlimited personal or commercial projects (“End Products”) for yourself or your clients.

• Modification Rights:
  You may freely modify the Template.

• No Redistribution:
  Redistribution, resale, leasing, licensing, or sublicensing of the Template or substantially unmodified versions is prohibited.

b. Personal Bundle License (All Templates)

The Personal Bundle License provides access to all current and future Templates available on Quassum Design, with the following conditions:

• Single User:
  Usage of Templates in the bundle is limited strictly to one individual only.

• All Templates Access:
  Includes access to all current and future Templates provided by Quassum Design.

• Unlimited End Products:
  Templates may be used in unlimited personal or commercial projects for yourself or your clients.

• Lifetime Support:
  Lifetime email-based support and access to our Discord community.

• Modification Rights:
  You may freely modify Templates.

• No Redistribution:
  Redistribution, resale, leasing, licensing, or sublicensing of Templates or substantially unmodified versions is prohibited.

c. Business Bundle License (Team Use)

The Business Bundle License provides full team-based access with the following conditions:

• Up to 10 Users:
  Usage of Templates is permitted for up to 10 individuals within a single company or organization (employees and contractors count toward this limit).

• All Templates Access:
  Includes access to all current and future Templates provided by Quassum Design.

• Unlimited End Products:
  Templates may be used in unlimited personal or commercial projects for your company or clients.

• Lifetime Priority Support:
  Lifetime priority support via email or Discord community.

• Modification Rights:
  You may freely modify Templates.

• No Redistribution:
  Redistribution, resale, leasing, licensing, or sublicensing of Templates or substantially unmodified versions outside your company is prohibited.

2. Definition of “End Products”

An End Product is any digital or web-based product created using our Templates that end-users can directly access or use. Examples include (but aren’t limited to):

• Websites or landing pages
• Web applications (including SaaS)
• Client projects, commercial or non-commercial

3. Usage: Allowed & Not Allowed

✅ Allowed:

You can use Templates to:

• Create unlimited websites or web applications for yourself or your clients.
• Create commercial SaaS applications or self-hosted web applications sold to end-users.
• Modify Templates to create derivative works for personal use or your clients.
• Use Templates in open-source projects, provided the primary purpose isn’t template redistribution.

❌ Not Allowed:

You cannot use Templates to:

• Create repositories of our Templates or their components for public or private distribution.
• Build products allowing end-users to create their own websites or applications using these Templates or their derivatives.
• Create or redistribute derivative Templates, themes, UI kits, or components as standalone products.
• Create admin panels or website-builder services.
• Use Templates or components for training AI models.
• Produce competitive or conflicting products directly competing with Quassum Design.
• Allow your employees or contractors to use Templates from your company license for personal side projects.

4. AI Training Restriction

Use of Templates, components, or derivatives for training artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models is strictly prohibited.

5. Restrictions on Images and Illustrations

Photographs, illustrations, icons, or any other images provided within Templates remain property of their respective rights holders. They are included for demonstration purposes only and must not be used separately unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Quassum MB retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights to the Templates, including original designs, code, graphics, and content. This License grants only usage rights and does not transfer ownership.

7. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

8. Termination of License

This License is perpetual unless terminated due to violations. Quassum MB reserves the right to revoke license rights without prior notice if violations occur.

In case of termination due to violation, refunds will not be issued except at our sole discretion.

9. Liability and Accountability Limitation

Templates are provided “as-is,” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Quassum MB’s liability to you for costs, damages, or losses—including third-party claims arising from your use of Templates—is limited to a refund of your original purchase price. Under no circumstances shall Quassum MB be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of Templates.

10. Legal Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable European Union regulations. Any legal proceedings related to this License must be brought in courts located in Lithuania.

11. Support Policy

• Personal Single License: Basic email-based support directly related to the purchased Template.
• Personal Bundle License: Lifetime email-based support and Discord community access.
• Business Bundle License: Lifetime priority support via email and Discord community access.

Support does not include custom development or modifications beyond the original intended use of Templates, nor issues related to third-party integrations not included with the original Template.

12. Changes to this License

We reserve the right to update or modify this License at any time. Changes will be communicated clearly on our website.
